Ashley and Emily were great. After a disappointing experience with my previous waitress Emily invited my fanily and I back. Boy was this trip better, there was music, other patrons and much, much better service. We all enjoyed our meals. I also downloaded the O Charley's app so that we can continue to enjoy great food at an even better price. I highly recommend the steaks as well as the tater tots. Best tater tots I've had!
First - we work nights outside and it is hard to find places open/serving past 9. We tried OG next door (don't waste your time OG staff not hospitable hence why they were empty). We saw Ocharleys headed in at 845 and Alisha welcomed us right away sat us down, took our orders even orders for the guys that hadn't arrived yet. The food came out quick and was hot and fresh. It was Wednesday and they have get a free piece of PIE with a meal!! When leaving we met the cooks Ashley and the young man and thanked them for being quick and delicious. Loved the Santa Fe Tilapia! Good stuff! Waitress was really sweet! Wife got the loaded tater skins sans bacon. Edit 11.04.23: Burger was great, fries were great, service was a little sluggish...definitely not the best, but was still good.
I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. Have gone in the past and was not impressed. Ordered an appetizer and dinner special. The rolls were fresh from the oven and mouth watering goodness. The manager was walking around checking tables and the servers were very attentive. Must give this place a try.
UPDATE*Went a 2ND TIME (5/23) GOT THE same waitress and another great experience, and the salmon is great. Our waitress was awesome! We were in from our of town, and she helped us with all local questions as well as the menu. Great experience. Great food.
Our waitress Christina, was just amazing! She was super nice and friendly! She made our lunch special! She was also was very quick and delightful when placing our order!!
Loved the food! Loved the server! Loved the atmosphere! My wife & I ate here today. She had the honey glazed chicken with sweet potato & broccoli. I had the rainbow trout with broccoli & asparagus. Each dish was great. I will be eating here again for sure. Love it!
Visited for lunch with a friend. Hostess greeted us with a big smile as we entered, asked us where we wanted to sit and if the table she took us to was okay. Waitress was right behind, took drink order, brought waters and rolls. Checked on us numerous times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. GM even stopped at the table to check on our food and the service. Great experience!
